TACOS alerts
An alert tells you a product's advertising has become too expensive for its sales. TACOS alerts are part of the Pro plan and above when billing is on.
Set a limit
- Open the ASIN Library and find the product.
- Set its TACOS threshold %: per row, for several selected rows, or in bulk with the CSV import.
Editing thresholds needs the Store manager role or higher. Everyone can view alerts.
When a product alerts
A product with a threshold appears on the Alerts page when, over the last 30 days:
- its TACOS (ad cost ÷ total sales, per SKU) is above its threshold, or
- it spent on ads and sold nothing.
Alerts are checked when you open the page, so there is nothing to switch on.
The bell and the banner
The bell in the top bar counts alerts that are new since your last visit to the Alerts page, per person. The dashboard shows a banner when there are new ones.
