Securing your account and signing in

• Two-factor sign-in: Settings → Security → set up an authenticator app. Keep your recovery codes safe; each works once.
• Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The email link works for 1 hour. If it expires, ask for a new one.
• Verification email missing? Check spam. The verification link works for 24 hours.
• Locked out? After 10 wrong passwords or codes within 15 minutes, sign-in is blocked for a while. Authenticator codes also have their own stricter limit (5 attempts in 5 minutes). Wait and try again, or reset your password.
• Sign out of other devices: resetting your password (Forgot password) signs you out of every device. Signing out signs out only the device you are on.
• Sensitive actions (such as changing two-factor settings) may ask you to enter your password again.

What we collect and what we do not

We read orders and order items, listings, advertising reports and Brand Analytics from Amazon. We never download buyer names or addresses, recipient details, tax details or payment details. Amazon access tokens are stored encrypted. SellerTacos is independent and not affiliated with Amazon.
